(Basic Life Support Course)

Course Description

The Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (HCP) Course is a video-based, Instructor-led course that teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support. This course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.

BLS for Healthcare Providers teaches skills using the American Heart Associationís proven Practice-While-Watching technique, which allows Instructors to observe students, provide feedback and guide studentsí acquisition of skills.

With their student manual for the course, students receive the new Pocket Reference Card, designed to provide quick emergency information to the rescuer at any time.

Intended Audience


Healthcare providers, such as physicians, nurses, paramedics, emergency medical technicians, respiratory therapists, physical and occupational therapists, physician's assistants, residents or fellows, or medical or nursing students in training, aides, medical or nursing assistants, police officers, and other allied health personnel.

Certification:  Worldwide valid BLS Provider Card of AHA given to those who pass written / skill exam conducted at the end of the course.

Eligibility Criteria

Any medical graduate (MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BDS, BPT and above)
Nursing candidate
Paramedical with one year experience in reputed set up with fair command on English

Course Format/Time

BLS Course will start 2:00pm till 6:30pm

Course Fee: Rs.2500/- (BLS Provider)  Rs. 1500/- (For BLS Renwal Course)
